Ordering Problems!! – Please give feedback within.

Hiya FishFans!!

It has been brought to my attention by a customer that she has had problems ordering through this website.  Her order went through absolutely fine last month, and this month it seems to not allow her past the Checkout screen :(

It is the first case that has been brought to me (but we all know, for every 1 person to say something, there are usually another 9 people who just close their browser window and either try again another day, or worse…they go elsewhere).

I can’t fix problems if I don’t know about them, so I’m asking, publicly, is anybody has had any issues at all while using the website, and if so, please, please, please could you either comment below in the comments section, or comment on my Facebook page (www.facebook.com/CheapFishFood), or if you want to contact me privately, by all means, email me – ben-247@live.co.uk – or inbox me via my Facebook page (www.facebook.com/CheapFishFood).

The above goes for if you are having any problems at all with the website.  I want to work together to solve any issues, and make your experience here at BWA the most pleasant it can be.

    Thank you for all your help via email and inboxes on Facebook. I’ve managed to fix the problem with existing customers being unable to place further orders.

    Problems getting through the paypal side of things. Progress bar stalled but site came up paid in the end without the bar moving anymore

      Hi Peter, thank you for commenting and providing this information.

      Once you go through the checkout on my website, you are then directed to PayPal to complete the transaction. The issue you were having was itself on the PayPal website itself, and it seems to be all sorted out now.

      I can confirm I have received your order in full, and your payment has indeed gone through with no problems.

    I’ve never had a problem and i’ve using this service for a good while now. pardon the pun but since my first order way back i’m hooked and would never go anywhere else for Fishfood………flawless service
